1. Introduction

Our Web Design Service & Client Policy is designed to clarify how we deliver professional web design services, what clients can expect, and the responsibilities of both parties. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent process from project initiation to website launch.

2. Our Service Commitment

  • Deliver custom, responsive, and user-friendly websites.

  • Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and cross-device compatibility.

  • Maintain open communication and provide regular updates throughout the project.

3. Project Process

  1. Discovery & Planning: Understand client requirements, goals, and brand identity.

  2. Design & Approval: Provide wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for client feedback.

  3. Development & Testing: Convert approved designs into a functional website and perform thorough testing.

  4. Launch & Delivery: Final review, client approval, and website deployment.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Supply content, logos, images, and branding materials in a timely manner.

  • Provide feedback and approvals promptly to avoid delays.

  • Ensure submitted content is original and does not infringe on copyright or intellectual property rights.

5. Payment & Billing

  • An initial deposit is required to start the project.

  • Remaining payments are due as per the agreed milestones or before the final launch.

  • Delayed payments may cause temporary suspension of work until resolved.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Clients gain full ownership of the final website after full payment.

  • Our company may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is requested.

  • Responsibility for third-party licenses, plugins, or assets lies with the client.

7. Post-Launch Support & Maintenance

  • Basic support is included for a defined post-launch period.

  • Extended maintenance, updates, or redesigns can be arranged under separate agreements.

  • Major updates or additional features are considered new projects.

8. Confidentiality

  • All client information and materials are treated with strict confidentiality.

  • Clients are expected to respect proprietary designs, strategies, and processes shared by our team.

9. Termination Policy

  • Either party may terminate the contract with written notice.

  • Completed work up to the termination point will be billed proportionally.

  • Refunds are not provided for work already completed.
