Our website design policy outlines the standards, responsibilities, and expectations for both our team and our clients during the web development process. This ensures transparency, quality, and a smooth project workflow.

2. Project Scope

  • All design and development work will be clearly defined in a written proposal or contract.

  • Any additional features or requests outside the initial agreement may incur extra charges.

  • We reserve the right to adjust timelines if project requirements change.

3. Design Process

  • We provide mockups, wireframes, or prototypes for client approval before final development.

  • Clients are encouraged to give feedback promptly to avoid delays.

  • Major design revisions may affect the project schedule and pricing.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide all necessary content, images, logos, and branding materials in a timely manner.

  • Respond to emails or requests for approval within the agreed timeframe.

  • Ensure that all content provided does not violate copyright or intellectual property laws.

5. Payment Terms

  • A deposit is required before work begins, with remaining payments due according to the contract milestones.

  • Final delivery occurs after full payment is received.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • The client owns the final website upon full payment.

  • We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is requested.

  • Any third-party tools or assets used may be subject to their respective licenses.

7. Maintenance & Support

  • Basic support and minor updates are provided for a specified period post-launch.

  • Extended maintenance packages can be arranged at an additional cost.

  • Major updates, redesigns, or feature additions are treated as new projects.

8. Confidentiality

  • We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose project details without permission.

  • Clients are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary designs, content, and strategies shared by our team.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice under certain conditions.

  • Completed work and partial payments will be delivered proportionally based on project progress.
